Seminar -Worklife Balance

Motivational Endurance athlete seminar
Date: Saturday 28 March 2015  9 am - 12.30 pm
Location: Christchurch (Cashmere, Victoria Park)

9 am -9.30 am - Motivation Introduction. Work life balance through exercise. 
9.30 am- light morning tea provided
9.30 am to 10 am - team building exercise
10.15 - Yoga aka dynamic warm up moving
11.00-12.30 pm - Run/Walk - easy trail - Q & A session & spot prize give away.

Cost - $50 per person (Includes light morning tea)  (discounts available if from 'same work team' $175 for four persons).

Setting an exercise goal she believes helps improves a positive workplace.
