Do you have a nutrition plan for the Buffalo Stampede?
Since I'm racing for the first time with no support crew my nutrition plan revolves around utilizing what will be on offer at the aid stations. Additionally, I'll carry extra items to supplement (chocolate, dried figs, ginger and Booster Bar). I'll eat every 30min.
Favourite post race meal ?
Anything I don't have to cook! Typically it's takeaways as we're usually away from home; Indian, Chinese - with as much protein as possible.
